Moldex-Metric, Inc. (“Company “we” “our” “us”) provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information and data when you use our website at www.moldex.com regardless of the manner (desktop, mobile, etc.) in which you access it (the “Website”), and any other time you interact directly with us regarding our products, or our services (“Services”).  This Privacy Policy applies to all users of our Website and Services.  However, it does not apply to the practices of the Company’s foreign subsidiaries or foreign affiliated entities, nor the websites or webpages of such foreign subsidiaries or affiliates which can be accessed from the Website. For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy does not apply to the European region website which can be found here: https://www.moldex-europe.com/en/ and here: https://www.moldex-europe.com; such European region website has its own applicable policies, including its own privacy policy and terms of use which govern the same.

We maintain commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect the Personal Information we collect.  However, no data transmission over the Internet or other network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  As a result, while we strive to protect information transmitted on or through the Website or Services, we cannot and do not guarantee the security of any information you transmit on or through the Website or Services, and you do so at your own risk.

Our Website and Services may contain links to other web sites that operate independently of us. We provide links to these sites solely for your convenience and information, but these sites are not under our control and this Policy does not apply to them.   1. Children’s Privacy

The Website and Services are intended for users who are 13 years old or older.  We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13.  If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records.  If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 13 has given us information, you can email us at privacy@moldex.com or use the physical address provided below.  Please mark your message “COPPA Information Request.”  Please note that most of the user content that appears on our Website or Services is stored and controlled by third party providers; thus, complete and comprehensive removal of the content may not be possible.
