This Privacy Policy for California Residents supplements the information contained in our main Privacy Policy and applies only to the Personal Information of California residents to the extent the information is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).
Personal Information we Collect, Use, and Disclose
we collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer, device, or household (“Personal Information”). The definition of “Personal Information” does not include: (i) Publicly available information from government records; (ii) De-identified or aggregated consumer information; and (iii) Information excluded from the CCPA’s scope, such as information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws (e.g. the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA)), and health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.
Within the past twelve (12) months, we have collected the following categories of Personal Information from the sources identified below for the business and commercial purposes indicated, and shared such categories of Personal Information with the specified categories of third parties:

We obtain the above categories of Personal Information from the following categories of sources:
- Directly from you. For example, from forms, verbal questions and answers, or online submissions that you have completed and provided to us related to the products or services you inquire about or request that we perform.
- Indirectly from you. For example, through information we collect from our clients, vendors, industry sources, third-party marketplaces where our products are sold, and other third parties in the course of our business activities.
- Directly and indirectly from activity on our websites and applications. For example, from submissions via our Website, or Website usage details collected automatically.
We may use or disclose your Personal Information that we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:
- Transactional purposes, including product purchase and/or fulfillment
- Marketing and promotional purposes, including with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising

Categories of Third Parties Personal Information May be Shared with
Moldex may disclose your Personal Information to a third party for a business purpose. When we disclose Personal Information for a business purpose, we may enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that Personal Information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.
In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may have disclosed the following categories of Personal Information for a business purpose: Categories A, B, F, I and J.
We disclose your Personal Information for a business purpose to the following categories of third parties:
- Service providers, including those who provide hosting and maintenance services, data management services, advertising, marketing and promotional services, and employment services
- Third parties with whom we engage to offer products and services to you, including distributors of our products and outside sales agencies
Disclosure or Sale of Personal Information
We do not “sell” your Personal Information in the traditional sense for monetary value. However, under the CCPA/CPRA, sharing information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing.” we may share your Identifiers and Internet or other electronic network activity information with third-party advertising partners to provide you with ads that are more relevant to your interests.
You have the right to opt-out of this sale or sharing of your Personal Information. You may make a request under your right to opt-out by email at privacy@moldex.com or by calling 310-837-6500 and speaking with the appropriate individuals in our marketing department. We will respond to such requests within fifteen (15) business days.
Your Rights under California Law
The CCPA provides applicable California residents with certain rights regarding their Personal Information. Here we detail your rights under the CCPA and how you can exercise them.
Know
You have the right to request that we disclose to you the Personal Information we collect, use, disclose, or sell about you.
Deletion
You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and request our service providers to delete) your Personal Information from our records, unless either an exception or good faith, commercially reasonable business justification applies. we will notify you of any denial of your deletion request and the reason for such denial.
Non-Discrimination for Exercise of your Consumer Privacy Rights
We will not discriminate against a consumer for exercising their privacy rights, such as by: (i) denying goods or services, or (ii) providing different levels of service or quality.
Processing of your Requests
To exercise any of your rights under the CCPA, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:

You may only make a request pursuant to your rights under the CCPA twice within a 12-month period, and the request must: (i) provide sufficient information that permits us to reasonably verify you are either the person whom we collected Personal Information about or an authorized representative of such person, and (ii) describe your request with sufficient detail so that we can understand, evaluate, and respond to it. If we cannot reasonably verify your identity or authority, we will not be able honor your request.
Response Timing and Format
In accordance with the CCPA, we will attempt to acknowledge receipt of a request within ten (10) business days, and we will attempt to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of verification of a submitted request. If we require more time (up to 45 additional days, for a total of 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
Pursuant to the CCPA any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12) month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
If we determine that a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, we may either deny your request or provide you with a cost estimate for completing the request and require that you make payment in exchange for us completing the request.
Changes to Privacy Policy for California Residents
We may change this Privacy Policy for California Residents from time to time. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy for California Residents, we will inform you by posting the revised Privacy Policy for California Residents on the Website. Those changes will go into effect on the last updated date shown in the revised Privacy Policy for California Residents. By continuing to use the Website or Services, you are consenting to the revised Privacy Policy for California Residents.
