Position band under chin with pods in ear canal. |
With opposite hand lift top of ear and wiggle and push pod gently but firmly into the ear canal until a snug
comfortable fit is acheived. |
Ensure that each pod is adjusted so that they are fully seated in the ear canal. |

Clean band with mild germicidal soap and warm water only. Replace pods when dirty or damaged. |
